What can I say now?

Last post was a "Definite" on the smoking cessation. I did it... for two whole days and then started again.
Since then I have spent just short of £100-00 on cigarettes and have been thinking of all the other, useful, things I could have done with the money as well as not shortening my life expectancy!
SO!!!! Tonight's the night again and this time I have no more in hiding to sneak out when I feel the need.
Deep respect to anybody that has managed to lose the addiction and I hope I can join you now.

I know of someone who has to lock the medicine cabinet and keep the key to themselves, in case their partner falls over the edge and tries to OD. I fear it would be a failure very quickly if it was the other who kept the key, and once upon a time, it was very nearly a complete failure. At least smoking tends not to mean your lights go out immediately, no pun intended.

Finish what you have - or have them locked away - but you need to not buy any more packets too. Who can stop you there, except you?
